ASUS has just teased their brand new flagship 1440p gaming monitor - the PG27AQDM. It seems like the OLED gaming monitors are getting more and more interesting with multiple manufacturers starting to put them in their newest models.
OLED TVs are very popular at this time, and with the technology getting better at dealing with burn-in artefacts, then these panels are starting to become a real attraction as they are delivering better color accuracy and better picture quality than the VA and IPS panels. This new OLED panel from ASUS uses the build version PG27AQDM and it will sport tomns of features that will most likely make it one of the most popular models to launch in 2023.
The new ASUS ROG Swift PG27AQDM gaming monitor offers 26.5" in diagonal size, OLED panel, per-pixel HDR dimming, instant response time, infinite contrast ratio, 2560 x 1440 QHD resolution, flat screen, 0.03ms GtG response time, 240hz native refresh rate, ROG design, RGB lighting on the monitor's back, logo projection, WRGB sub-pixel layout OLED panel from LG, excellent color gamut, and support for both NVIDIA G-Sync and AMD FreeSync Premium Pro technologies.
The monitor will most probably be a part of CES2023 in January next month, and we will then be learning more about its pricing, availability and release date. Until then keep an eye on our website as should post an update when the monitor goes official and all the spesc are released by ASUS.
