ViewSonic continues to built great gaming monitors that are more budget-friendly than other similar models from different manufacturers. The ViewSonic Elite series should bring great picture quality, fast response time and Adaptive Sync for both NVIDIA G-Sync and AMD FreeSync technologies.

The ViewSonic Elite XG2405 is a 24-inch gaming monitor with IPS panel and a variable refresh rate value set at 144Hz. The maximum screen resolution on this model is set at 1920x1080 FullHD and the IPS screen is borderless which makes the lack of 4K something that you will forget easily that it isn't supported. The response time of this panel will most probably be set at 4ms, even though ViewSonic is advertising the 1ms MPRT value which doesn't have anything in common with the true response times that a company should report when talking about such specifications.

Here are some other features that the ViewSonic Elite XG2405 monitor will sport at launch: 104% sRGB color gamut, 1000:1 contrast ratio, Anti-Glare 3H matte screen coating, 150 nits brightness levels, Low Blue Light and Flicker-Free built-in. Also, this model should come with two 2W audio speakers, too.

This monitor will offer VESA 100x100 wall mount support, too. In case you don't want to wall mount it, then you will should know that it supports height, pivot, swivel and tilt adjustments instead. The ViewSonic Elite Xg2405 gaming monitor will be released in the United States in Q1 2020 and it will come with support for both G-Sync and FreeSync technologies. The pricing remains an unknown, and we will get back to that when the release date gets closer.
