ViewSonic has officially unveiled their brand new ultrawide curved gaming monitor that will offer tons of cool new features and functions for a top price. The monitor will most probably be released at the end of this year and below you can find info on all the goodies that are packed inside.
The monitor model uses the XG341C-2K Elite Mini.LED name and it packs: 34-inch VA curved panel, 3440 x 1440 UWQHD resolution, 3000:1 contrast ratio, Mini.LED backlight, 1152 local dimming zones, 21:9 aspect ratio, 1ms (MPRT) response time, excellent wide viewing angles, 200hz variable refresh rate, AMD FreeSync Premium Pro, and NVIDIA G-Sync compatibility through Adaptive Sync technology, VESA DisplayHDR 1400, 97% DCI-P3 and 140% sRGB wide color gamuts. The screen is curved and the screen curvature measures 1500R.
When it comes to connectivity, the ViewSonic Elite XG341C-2K offers one DisplayPort 1.4 with DSC, two HDMI 2.1 ports, one USB Type-C DP Alt Mode and 90W power delivery, three USB data inputs, audio output. The stand that is included with the monitor offers complete ergonomics, as it will allow users to adjust height, tilt and swivel adjustments. It will be released in the following weeks and it will sport a starting price of $1500.
