Dell has just announced two new gaming monitor with very high refresh rate values, the AW2523HF and the AW2723DF. In this post we will talk about the bigger model with 1440p resolution, while those interested on the smaller model can check our other small post here.
This new Dell Alienware AW2723DF will offers 2560 x 1440 Fast Nano IPS screen, QHD resolution with 240hz standard refresh rate and support for 280hz overclocking value, AMD FreeSync Premium and NVIDIA G-Sync compatibility, 1000:1 contrast ratio, AlienFX RGB lighting on the monitor's back, 450nits standard brightness, DisplayHDR600, 95% DCI-P3 color gamut, 1.07B colors, excellent wide viewing angles, retractable headset hanger, 3.5mm headphone jack, audio out port, DisplayPort 1.4, HDMI 2.0 inputs, PictureInPicture, PictureByPicture, and many more.
The monitor will obviously offer complete ergonomics as you will be able to easily adjust its swivel, height, tilt and pivot positions. This monitor should be launched in October and it will be priced at $650.
