ASUS PG279QR is one of the most popular and one of the best gaming monitors with 1440p resolution and 165hz OC refresh rate. This model is currently sold on Amazon for a lower price and you can get it if your computer is perfectly capable of reaching high FPS in 1440p QHD resolutions.

The ASUS ROG Swift PG279Q comes with a 27-inch IPS panel, 2560 x 1440 screen resolution, 1000:1 contrast ratio, 4ms GTG response time, excellent wide viewing angles, 16.7M colors, Flicker-free, 165Hz overclockable variable refresh rate, Low Blue Light, NVIDIA G-Sync, 350 nits brightness, two 2W audio speakers, GamePlus, 5-way OSD navigation button, 3.5mm headphone jack and two USB ports.

NOTE: the 165Hz refresh rate is only supported through the DisplayPort input, as the HDMI port only goes up to 60Hz. Make sure to update your NVIDIA graphics drivers to the latest version in order the best NVIDIA G-Sync performance at 165Hz refresh rate.

The stand that comes with the ASUS PG279Q monitor offers support for adjusting its tilt, swivel, pivot and height positions. The monitor is also VESA 100x100 compatible.
