MPG 341CQPX is official with 240hz UltraWide QD-OLED screen

Introducing the MPG 341CQPX: A Game-Changing 34″ Ultrawide Experience with Samsung Display's Revolutionary 240Hz QD-OLED Panel. MSI is set to redefine gaming monitor standards with its latest offering, the MPG 341CQPX. Boasting a groundbreaking 34″ ultrawide display, this monitor is equipped with Samsung Display's cutting-edge 240Hz QD-OLED panel, slated for production this year.

While MSI already flaunts a couple of 34″ models in its MEG and MAG lineups, the MPG 341CQPX takes center stage in the top-tier MPG range. What sets it apart from its predecessors, particularly the recently released MAG 341CQP, is its unmatched refresh rate.

The MPG 341CQPX doesn't disappoint when it comes to specifications. With a jaw-dropping 3440 x 1440 resolution, lightning-fast 0.03ms G2G response time, and an astounding 1.5 million:1 contrast ratio, this monitor sets a new standard for immersive gaming experiences.

Boasting a brightness of 250 nits for SDR content and a whopping 1000 nits peak brightness for HDR, coupled with wide 178/178 viewing angles, every detail pops with stunning clarity. Although not explicitly mentioned in the provided specs, we anticipate 10-bit color depth support and approximately 98% DCI-P3 coverage, consistent with MSI's recent QD-OLED offerings.

Gamers will rejoice knowing that the 240Hz refresh rate is complemented by adaptive-sync technology, ensuring smooth, tear-free gameplay on compatible NVIDIA and AMD systems. Connectivity options are plentiful, featuring 1x DisplayPort 1.4 with DSC, 2x HDMI 2.1 ports capable of supporting 4K 120Hz console gaming, and 1x USB Type-C port with DP Alt mode and 98W power delivery. Additional USB data ports and likely a headphone jack round out the connectivity suite, with the added convenience of a KVM switch function.

MSI continues to prioritize performance and reliability with the MPG 341CQPX, sporting a fan-less design with a custom heatsink and graphene panel for optimal heat dissipation. MSI offers a generous 3-year warranty, including burn-in coverage.

The MPG 341CQPX isn't currently available for purchase on Amazon, but its product page should go up in the following days. We will post an update when this happens.
