34" AOC AGON AG344UXM Ultrawide gaming monitor will offer 170hz VRR, 1152 miniLED Dimming Zones, and Adaptive Sync

AOC is preparing to launch a brand new gaming monitor with a ultrawide screen, Local Dimming zones, MiniLED-backlit, high refresh rate, support for Adaptive Sync for both NVIDIA and AMD GPUs, HDMI 2.1 and tons of other cool features. The monitor will soon be available for purchase worldwide, but you should that it won't be cheap.

The AG344UXM AGON PRO gaming monitor is AOC's latest premium device and they have created this model for those that look to play all new titles in Ultrawide. The monitor will offer a UWQHD resolution measuring 3440 x 1440, 21:9 aspect ratio, 34-inch screen size, Flat IPS and Antiglare screen, 1152 Local Dimming Zones, MiniLED-backlit, 1ms minimum response time, 1000:1 contrast ratio, 80M:1 Dynamic Contrast Ratio, 170hz variable refresh rate, NVIDIA G-SYNC compatible, AMD FreeSync Premium support, and more.

The 34-inch IPS screen offered by this monitor is capable of 97% DCI-P3 value, 140% sRGB, and it also comes factory calibrated with a Delta E value that is lower than 2. VESA DisplayHDR 1000 value is present, meaning users will be able to enjoy some HDR gaming, too. The panel is also offering 1ms G2G response time.

Other cool things that the AG344UXM AGON Pro will offer at launch are: AGON Logo projector, Light FX RGB lighting, shadow control, DisplayPort 1.4 input, Shadow Control, Frame Counter, Quick KVM Switch, HDMI 2.1 ports, USB-C 3.2 Gen 1, four USB downstream ports, USB Fast Charge port, mic-in, 3.5mm headphone jack, etc.

The monitor's stand offers tilt angle adjustment, height adjustments, and swivel control. If you want better ergonomics, the you can connect it to a desk mount with VESA 100x100 certification. Another cool thing would be the presence of two 8W stereo speakers with DTS technology incorporated.
