Razer announces second iteration of Raptor 27 165hz gaming monitor

Razer has just announced that they will release a new gaming monitor that is a continuation on the work done for the original Raptor 27 model. The previous model was released in 2019 and it seems like Razer wants to continue working on releasing new gaming-oriented monitors for the time being. Check the info below and learn more about this new Razer Raptor gaming monitor.

The complete name of this model is Razer Raptor 27 165 hz and the monitor will most probably be released in the near future with a starting price of $800 or 1000EUR. Here are some of the most important features that the Raptor 27 165 Hz: 27-inch IPS screen, 2560 x 1440 QHD screen resolution, 165hz refresh rate, 1ms Ultra Low Motion Blur response time, 1000:1 contrast ratio, VESA DisplayHDR400, 95% DCI-P3 wide color gamut, factory calibrate straight out-of-the-box, NVIDIA G-Sync compatible and AMD FreeSync Premium technologies, built-in CNC cable management system, HDMI 2.0 port, DisplayPort 1.4 input, USB-C, two USB-A 3.2 Gen1 and the world's first THX Certification for a Gaming Monitor.

The monitor's ergonomics are almost non-existent due to Razer keeping the same design from the original Raptor 27 2019 monitor, a design featuring a wide stand that permits the adjustment of the monitor's tilt angle. Razer has also kept the gorgeous Chroma RGB lighting from the original model. There is no info on the monitor's availability nor release date.
