MSI has just dropped news on a brand new curved gaming monitor, as the Optix MAG301CR curved ultrawide panel is now official. The monitor will be soon available for purchase.
The MSI Optix MAG301CR comes with the following features: 30-inch VA panel, 21:9 aspect ratio and a maximum screen resolution of 2560 x 1080 (WFHD), 200Hz variable refresh rate, AMD FreeSync technology, 127% sRGB and 98% DCI-P3 wide color gamuts, 1ms minimum response time, Mystic Light on the monitor's back, 3000:1 contrast ratio, and HDR Ready function.
The design for the Optix MAG301CR gaming monitor is clean and it offers thin bezels on three of its sides, and Mystic RGB Light on the back of the monitor. The monitor's stand comes with great ergonomics as it offers support for adjusting the height position, tilt, swivel and pivot angles.
The connectivity ports that are coming with this monitor are: one DisplayPort 1.2a input, two HDMI 2.0b inputs, USB 3.2 Gen1 TypeB port, two USB 3.2 Gen1 TypeA ports, one TypeC input and one 3.5mm headphone jack. There is no official release date and no pricing info at this moment, but it will surely get released before the end of 2020.
