ASUS has announced a brand new gaming monitor with the codename PG27AQDM. It will be released later this year and it should be available worldwide for a little over $1000.
Below you can find info on all the specs and features ASUS has put into their brand new OLED project. The monitor is called the ASUS ROG Swift PG27AQDM and it comes with 26.5-inch OLED screen, 2560 x 1440 QHD resolution, 240hz variable refresh rate, 0.03ms minimum response time, AMD FreeSync Premium and NVIDIA G-Sync compatible, 1000nits maximum brightness, 99% DCI-P3, Delta E <2, custom heatsink, Flicker-free, Low Blue Light technology, DisplayPort 1.4, two HDMI 2.0 ports, USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-A.
The OLED panels are getting better and better and now more and more brands are starting to release new models using it. OLED panels are offering better colors, and the fastest response time currently available on any type of gaming monitor.
The monitor comes with complete ergonomics as it allows the users to easily adjust the screen in any way you want. For those that don't want to use the stand, then they will love to learn that the monitor is VESA 100x100 compatible. The monitor will be launched soon.
