ViewSonic's new 4K UHD monitor uses the VX2882-4KP name and it will pack all the latest possible technologies in order to offer excellent gaming performance at really high refresh rates, as well as Adaptive Sync certification.
The ViewSonic VX2882-4KP gaming monitor comes with HDMI 2.1 ports, so that you can also easily pair it with a gaming console in order to get 4K UHD gaming at 120hz. Note that the 150hz advertised variable refresh rate support is only destined to be used by those with desktop computers.
Here are some of the main features that the ViewSonic VX2882-4KP will offer at launch: 28-inch IPS screen, 3840 x 2160 4KUHD resolution, 16:9 aspect ratio, 300nits maximum brightness, LED-lit, 1ms GtG fast response time, 150hz refresh rate, AMD FreeSync and NVIDIA G-Sync technologies, Flicker-free, Blue Light Filter, 90% DCI-P3 and 122% sRGB color gamuts, excellent wide viewing angles.
In terms of connectivity, the ViewSonic VX2882-4KP comes with HDMI 2.1 port, two DisplayPort inputs, USB 3.2 downstream ports, USB 3.2 Type-C with DisplayPort Alternade mode, 3.5mm headphone jack. The stand that comes with this monitor is removable and the monitor can be easily hooked up with a desk mount as it is VESA 75x75 compatible.
ViewSonic VX2882-4KP stand lets you adjust the monitor's height, swivel, tilt and pivot angles easily. Another cool thing about the monitor is that it comes with two small 2W audio speakers and for those that are usually not that thrilled with using an extra audio device to their computer, then the built-in audio speakers should be a plus.
